How to become a client, and what happens when you do.
How do I become a client?
Start with a conversation. Tell us what is in the way, through the contact form, by email to info@auxanoseven.com or by telephone on +27 66 362 9751. If you already know which company you need, say so. If you do not, that is fine too.
I do not know which company I need. Where do I start?
Take Find your fit. Six questions, about two minutes. It tells you where your largest gap sits and which company closes it, which makes the first conversation shorter for both of us. Or choose “I am not sure yet” on the contact form and we will work it out with you.
Do I work with the group or with one of the companies?
Both. The group holds the relationship and settles the direction with you. The companies do the work: TechWorks builds the systems, Academy builds the capability of your people, and Circle of Founders gives founders a platform and a community. You deal with whichever company fits, and with us when the work needs more than one.
Can I work with just one company?
Yes. Many clients start with one. Some came to us for one thing and stayed for several, but nobody has to.
Who do your companies work with?
- Auxano 7 TechWorks. Owner run businesses with five to a hundred or more staff, across South Africa.
- Auxano 7 Academy. Corporate people functions, leadership teams and whole workforces.
- Circle of Founders. Founders who already have something running: customers, a product, and more decisions than hours in the day.
What if my problem is strategy?
Then it starts as a conversation rather than a product. The direction has to be settled before anything is built or taught, and that is the one thing the group does itself. Speak to us.
Do you hand over a plan and leave?
We do not hand over a plan and leave. We stay until the work holds without us.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You get a reference number on the screen, and we reply to everything, usually within one working day. If it is urgent, telephone us. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you at who is.
What does it cost?
That depends on the company and on the work, so prices are not listed here. Each company sets out its own terms, and TechWorks begins with a free scan of your business. Telling us what is in the way costs nothing.
Where are you based, and do you work outside South Africa?
Our office is in Menlyn, Pretoria, South Africa, and yes, we work with clients outside South Africa. Circle of Founders is international, and most of what TechWorks does is not tied to where you are. Our SaaS products are built for South Africa first, with expansion beyond it planned.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is kept, for how long and why.
