Founded in 2021 and based in Menlyn, Pretoria, South Africa. Auxano means to grow, and everything under this name is built around that one idea.

To build the systems, the skills and the communities that help businesses and the people in them grow into everything they could be.

Mission

We close the gap between people, systems and strategy by building the tools, teaching the skills and running the programmes that make growth hold.

We do not hand over a plan and leave. We stay until the work holds without us.

Values

• People first. Systems and technology matter only when they serve the people using them. We build for the person at the desk, not the diagram.

Gerold turns stages into experiences. A style that blends humour, depth and insight leaves audiences motivated, challenged and ready to act, and the same approach runs through how the group works with its clients.

Christian Nyembue, Founder

Christian works where strategy meets execution, helping businesses grow, strengthen leadership and raise revenue without chaos. Two decades across African and global markets, and fluency in French with deep Francophone connections, is what positions the group beyond South Africa.
