Academy is not a new division. It is where nearly everything the group has traded so far already sits: the workforce programmes, the workshops, the training built for clients. It was invoiced under the group name only because Academy did not exist as a brand yet.

A programme here is five parts working together rather than a course with extras attached. The training itself, the campaign that carries it, an induction module for the people who join afterwards, the policy and documentation behind it, and somebody running the whole thing. Change the subject and the same machine points somewhere new, which is why the same structure delivers harassment work and artificial intelligence work equally well.

• Workshops and in person training. Delivered at workforce scale, from one leadership cohort to thousands of employees across a country.
• Training built for a client. Their policies, their language, their systems, rather than a generic course with a logo on the front.
• Programme management. The campaign, the induction, the reporting and the roll out across sites. The part that makes training hold.
• Online and digital training. For the people a room cannot reach, and for the ones who join after the room has emptied.

Why it sits inside the group

Capability is the part most groups outsource and most programmes skip. It also carries the majority of what the group has delivered to date, so it launches with a proven programme rather than a blank page.
